Privacy policy

What personal data is handled, why, and for how long. On this site that is very little, and it is worth saying so precisely rather than in formulas.

Browsing this site collects nothing about you

There is no analytics, no pixel, no third-party cookie and no embedded social media. The typefaces are served from this same domain, so visiting the site sends no request to Google or anyone else.

The only things kept in your browser are the language you picked and whether you prefer light or dark. Neither identifies anybody. Both are set out in the cookie policy.

Hosting is by Vercel Inc., which logs requests to the server — including the IP address — for security and to make the service work. They are a processor, under the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers.

If you write on WhatsApp

The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send.

If you do write, the holder receives your phone number, your profile name and whatever you say. It is used to answer you and, if there is an order, to arrange it. Lawful basis: your own request — steps taken at your request before a contract, and the legitimate interest of replying to someone who asks.

That conversation also passes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), who handle it under their own terms. If you would rather not use it, write to the email above.

Messages are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Ones that lead nowhere are deleted.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the host and — if you write there — WhatsApp. It is never sold or passed on, and never used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the email above. You will get an answer within one month.

If you think something has been handled badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
